What happens to information you send us.

Updated 28 October 2026. This notice is for Swanstar Traders Limited, company number 16891183.

The company

We are the controller of personal information submitted on this website. The registered office is 72 Halliwick Road, London, England, N10 1AB. Privacy requests go to [email protected].

Information from the form

The contact form asks for your first name, last name, company, position, phone number, email address, and a message. We also store the fact that you ticked the agreement box. There is no account system and no database sitting behind these pages.

The company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs: IP address, user agent, and the time of the request. Those logs exist so the site can be kept up and so misuse can be looked at.

What we do with it

We read the enquiry and reply to it. The basis is the consent you give on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us. Form messages are not added to a marketing list, and we do not sell personal information.

Who else is involved

Your message is emailed to [email protected]. Whoever operates that mailbox, plus the hosts of this website and of the mailbox, process it for that purpose only. It is not shared with advertisers.

Retention

Correspondence is kept while we need it to answer you and to remember what was discussed. After that we delete it. Server logs follow the host’s usual short retention period.

Your choices

If UK data protection law applies to you, you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we have no good reason to keep it. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Start with an email to [email protected].

The session cookie

Submitting the form sets a session cookie. It lets the site reject a forged submission. It is not an advertising cookie, and it is not used to follow you around the web. It ends when the browser session ends, or soon after, depending on your settings.
